Aventura, the Kings of Bachata, will once again make MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford their kingdom.
The group, which reunited at member Romeo Santos’ concert at MetLife in September 2019, will be making their farewell tour at MetLife on October 9. 23, to the general public via Ticketmaster.
The show will end a five-stadium race called the Inmortal Stadium Tour. The dates are:
August 14 at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami
August 22 at Globe Life Field, Arlington, Texas
August 29 at Wrigley Field, Chicago
September 5 at Dodger Stadium, Los Angeles
October 9 at MetLife Stadium, East Rutherford

Bachata music, born in the barrios of the Dominican Republic, is music based on guitar and percussion. Aventura brought a contemporary urban sound to the mix.
The group, consisting of Romeo Santos, Henry Santos, Lenny Santos and Max Santos, was formed in the Bronx in the 1990s. The breakthrough of the group was the 2002 hit “Obsesión”, and they continued to perform at Madison. Square Garden, Yankee Stadium, and the White House in 2009, the first bachata group to do so.

“To enjoy MetLife, you have to understand where the bachata started,†says Romeo in the film, available from July 30. “You have to appreciate what has happened in the past.”
The dates for the Reunion tour in the spring and summer have been canceled due to the coronavirus outbreak.
